Project Mini Chopper Scholarship- Application process has closed. Winners will be revealed at the Unveiling on Friday, April 21.

LTC College Credits

By participating in the Mini Chopper Project, students have the opportunity to earn LTC College Credits. These credits can give students a jump start on LTC's Machine Tool, CNC, Industrial Maintenance and Welding programs.

By earning a "B" or better in the Mini Chopper class, students can earn the following LTC college credits their 1st year in the program:

  • Welding Intro
  • Industrial Maintenance Intro to       Welding
  • Basic Tools & Measurement
  • Machine Tool Measuring
  • Machine Tool Hand Tools
  • Welding Maintenance Intro

By participating in Mini Chopper for a 2nd year, students can also earn the following LTC college credits:

  • Welding Math 1
  • Welding Fabrication Intro
  • Industrial Maintenance Intro to     Fabrication
